"I have used Principle Collision Center twice for repairs to my 5 series and have been extremely satisfied with the work and service. One of my repairs was extensive and both times the repair work has been exceptional. It is obvious the techs take great pride in their work and are very meticulous. While the work has been exceptional the service was even better. I had the pleasure of working with Mickey R. both times and she was awesome. Mickey did a great job of explaining the repair process and keeping me informed throughout the way. The more extensive repair took several months and Mickey was great about updating me every 10 days or so. "My initial response was 5 stars...that's because I was so excited to get my vehicle back and I didn't really inspect it. However, after a day I noticed so many quality issues. The issues ranged from paint defects, poor reassembly, and overall attention to detail. Needless to say my expectations of this establishment were not met with a quality product. They do offer a warranty, but why would I want to go back after seeing this type of work? Please properly inspect the work and maybe hire professionals more equipped to handle the work expected. I think another issue may be the fact the organization is worried about quantity (doing as many vehicles as fast as you can) vs providing a quality experience for all customers. Either way I will not come back nor recommend this place for repairs."

"I had my Cooper for 6 short weeks before I was rear-ended and shoved into an SUV in front of me. I was on the way home from getting some vinyl graphics. It was a sad event indeed. I called a company I'd used before for other type cars and would have used them until I heard "We don't get many MINIs". I started searching and found out Principle Auto Group had a collision center in San Antonio. I had my baby towed there and was happy to have is somewhere where the car and the special paint would be looked after by professionals that know the brand. I was fortunate to have the most fantatic customer experience from Aaron Rendon. He listened to all my concerns and repsponded to several special handling requests. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure my concerns were addressed. He advocated for Maverick (my MINI). I felt like a VIP. The guys in the shop really took care of my car and I am so thankful to them for doing all they could to get it back to me in fantastic condition as quickly as possible. We had such a good experience that we took our X5 there (yes it was hit a month after mine). If you want it done right with the right parts, Take it to Principle Collision Center in San Antonio and ask for Aaron Rendon!"
