We even called (3 times over 6 days) for an issue we were having while traveling and Robert gave us advice over the phone. He assured us it was not an issue that would cause us to break down! Wh took my daughter's car to get repaired and he researched and found that the issue was covered by the manufacturer. Charged us nothing. The shop has been nothing but awesome to work with! Stay away from the stealerships, those express service places, and especially the places “recommended” by someone who has an uncle that has a shop somewhere sketchy. "My first time using them, and the service was outstanding. We had a problem with our Rogue’s AC, and ABS sensor. They could have charged us for a new housing, but Daniel was honest with us, and said it was still in good shape, and didn’t need to be replaced. Saved us money. They were upfront with the charges, and kept us posted on the status/cost. Honesty of the shop was refreshing. Owner Richard was so personable, nice, patient, and with my questions. Will definitely use th again."
