"Update: My car is rarely used. 2 days after Re picking up my car and with little use we took our car to another repair shop because it felt as if our car was once again having issues. The verdict was a broken axle. HOW DO YOU MISS THAT? We had no accident from the time we picked up our car to the time of the issue. I went to Walmart and the bank in 2 days! No Potholes...NOTHING! There is also another problem they cannot identify. We were told the car was like Gold and would be ok to travel cross country. Guess what..... I would have been caught off guard in the middle of nowhere. I'll be filing a report with the BBB. Another 750.00 added to the 3 grand your shop charged. Recently took my Chevy Impala 2016 in to this shop. Not only did they make us wait about 3 MONTHS. It is STILL giving us trouble. Everytime we take it back...something else happens. 1st mounts were bent took it back. Then radiator needed replaced....took it back. Then the oil line had a leak. Just got it back and now the transmission isn't working. I'm beyond upset"
