"Very appreciative and satisfied with JD Collision’s work on my vehicle. They have a great team here starting with Edward who was the voice and feedback of my vehicle progression. I still can’t believe it was completed so fast. The color match with my destroyed bumper and the rest of car was a great match. They literally told me what was happening every step of the way and I never had a chance to call and check up on my Camaro, since it was already done. Thanks again for everything. "I had an amazing experience with this company. Truly thankful for all that they did for me. The automated responses via text were very informative. The messages from my mechanic, Matt, were helpful in keeping me up to date. The website was easy to navigate. I appreciated the broke down expenses to help me understand what was being done and how my deductible applied. It was a bit of a struggle to confirm a time of pick up due to the date changing a few times, but completely reasonable when relying on shipment of materials. I unfortunately got a flat on my way home. I was about 5 miles out and on the highway. The shop was about to close in 5 min. I recently had moved here and my husband was deployed, so I didn’t have much to rely on. But I couldn’t have been more blessed to have Jay and Martin, from JD collisions, come out and help me with my situation. Just felt truly take care of. Wonderful business!"

"John was in charge of my 2021 Toyota vehicle. It’s been over a year this place has dismissed me for missing parts that wasn’t my fault at all. The people at fault is John and the person who was putting loose & missing parts on my leased vehicle. They serviced our 2022 Audi and did so amazing but this last visit with my vehicle was just dissatisfaction of how their customer service was. Front desk lady always tells me they’re busy at the moment and I assume never passes the message when given. This last visit was very unprofessional also making promises that can’t be kept. John was having family problems which I understand but if that was the case he should’ve passed my vehicle to someone who could give 100% satisfaction I was expecting for my truck. I would definitely just go somewhere else it’s not like they have good communication skills anyways take my last experience for example. 14 months later & still waiting I just gave up with them. I’ll have to talk to Toyota when I return the truck and pay out of pocket because J.D Collision couldn’t finish the job for their mistake. At least one thing is for sure Toyota is very understanding and will work with me & not dismiss me as if I wasn’t a paying customer!"
