"I’m really disappointed with the dealership service. My vehicle could’ve caught on FIRE! I took my vehicle to service because my vehicle left me stranded. I called the service desk and spoke with a man name David, he said to go ahead and bring the vehicle in to run a diagnostic. He notified me if the issue wasn’t covered through the warranty that I would have to pay a $100 diagnostic fee. My dad is a mechanic so he turned the vehicle ON and says the issue is the STARTER, so since I have warranty on my vehicle he said just go ahead take it to the dealership. When I get there I let them know what happened and what my vehicle was doing and advised them that it was the starter, according to my dad’s diagnostic. Then the next day David calls me to inform me that it was only my battery and it would cost me around/ almost $600. I asked him if they could recheck it because I still was in denial about it being the battery, but he said they had already run a diagnostic. I decided not to get the battery with them or any other service, and that I would go pick up my vehicle. I paid the $102 and took my vehicle straight to get the battery checked and they told me that my battery was still good and there is no need for a new one, so I didn’t buy a new one. A week goes by and my vehicle does the exact same thing, leaves me stranded and my dad came to turn it back ON. Below are the pictures of the starter when my dad replaced it. You can clearly see the burnt marks around the screw. My vehicle could of caught on fire if for some reason a splash of oil fell on it. I just can’t believe such a big, known company, certified shop just let a customer leave like that. How did they not check it thoroughly , especially when we mentioned it could be the starter? How could they just let a customer walk out like that!!! ??? Honestly the saddest part of this was that David told me if I thought they were being untruth-full that I could take it somewhere else!"

"i went into the dealership with skepticism. 4 other dealers completely wasted my time and put multiple inquiries on our credit reports. we were in and out of this dealer in like 3 hours driving a brand new 2024 equinox with 12 miles on the odometer. these guys were kind professional and up front with everything and most of all they didn’t waste my time. thank you ANCIRA"
