"Did an inspection and was told there was air in my brake lines. i know exactly what air in brake lines feel like. Regardless Paid them anyways because they told me they would fail me And told me I’m not supposed to be driving if i fail and if your scamming this hard yall must desperately need the money, so I’ll help yall out this one go around. But anyways 109.00 for a “brake bleed” that left my brakes feeling the exact same. And next time set the brakes all the way and don’t trick people with the brakes being stiff for a couple pumps."
"3/6/24 It was another outstanding experience with Steven. I called to get my car in for brakes and he worked with me to get everything I needed. The level of professionalism and service is why I drove here from Hondo. Consistently exceptional in every way. I cant recommend these technicians enough. Thank you!!!! I brought my car here for an unexpected issue with my a/c. I was immediately greeted by William, who was just as nice as he could be. He explained my issue and even though this location did not generally do this kind of repair, he went out of his way to take care of it. I was always well informed and treated kindly. "Serves was great. I don’t remember the employee name. Was a young man and handled himself very professional. Went in for an inspection on my truck. Time was about 10:30 or 11:00, March 1,2024. Look up my name Alex Ramirez and you will find out who the young man was."
"Great experience here! It was very busy and even though they had a difficult customer I didn’t feel it deterred from the quality of care for each individual customer. As a woman I usually feel uncomfortable when getting oil changes due to up charges but they were transparent about my needs. I will be coming back. Thank you!"
