"I got my oil changed at this location and was happy with the experience and customer service. The guy at the front was really nice and knowledgeable. I waited about 30 minutes in the lobby which was clean and not busy at all. Really appreciated the ability to make an appointment online as well."
"Everything went well until we picked up the vehicle. Inside the vehicle was greasy fingerprints over the gear shifter, the steering wheel and all over the side of the door. There is also greasy footprints on the threshold on the driver side, and on the driver side floorboard. Apparently, there was no precautions put in place for keeping greasy footprints and fingerprints off the inside of the car or any processes in place to clean where they got grease and oil. This is very unfortunate because the work they did was good work, but perception is real and it looks horrible. I really have no words. I called them back and all they offered was half off an oil change. I have attached pictures."
"The customer service was excellent, Daniel kept me updated with what was going on during my brake check and showed me exactly what needed to be updated and what didn’t. Ian did a great and quick job changing my brake pads. Overall I’ll be back, it was a calm and quick experience and they were polite and kind!"
"This brake check was recommended to me by Discount Tire. I was hesitant because of the negatives I have heard about Brake Check in general, but I took a chance anyway. What a surprise! Professional, courteous, very well informed and knowledgeable about their service. They got me in quickly and I got their 3 year wheel alignment and was highly satisfied with their excellent service. I don’t know about other Brake Check locations, but I highly recommend this one. I will definitely be back for an oil change and any other service I need. You won’t be sorry here, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service!!"
"The staff were friendly and communicative! I loved the text updates on the status of my vehicle, and appreciated that they actually brought me back to show me what they were seeing on my vehicle so I would understand the work they were recommending be done. The price was reasonable (the even provided a 10% discount!) and they worked quickly. They took my car and got it on the lift as soon as I arrived for my appointment! I absolutely recommend Break Check as a service provider! I haven’t received service this good in a while. :)"
