"Kami Zayas, amazing, had technician prioritize our flat so we could be back on the road ASAP - even though they were heavily backed up. Driving to Laredo from Dallas for a family event. Flat happened late so was concerned with time. She was stellar running to get everything resolved quickly. On the road to Laredo early the next morning. Shout out to Joseph Sheard as well for the quick fix and sorting out the electronics. Very grateful for the service and attention so we can get to the destination in time to celebrate with family for the event and holidays!!!"
