We called again the next day at 2:34pm and again a very rude person answered the phone and said his technician would call us back in 3-5 minutes. 20 minutes later the technician calls and starts rattling off different prices for stuff we did not need or ask for so when I said all I need is a spare key made and have it programmed the price went to $179.00 plus another $29.95 for something else!!!
