"I LOVE this shop! I serviced my 2021 AMG GLA35 at this shop last week. I was going in for my 40K service B. I had prepaid maintenance so I always had it serviced at my local Mercedes dealer. Most Recently MB of SA. Not having paid for maintenance I was worried about the first paid one. MB of SA wanted to charge me $600 for service B and also told me I had a list of other issues for what is a car serviced by MB since I took it off the showroom floor in 2020. I called Euro Auto Care and talked to Annette and she took care of me. They did a great in-depth inspection and provided a link with photos by the tech. They gave me a realistic time frame for upcoming services but showed me I was still quite a bit away from some more pricey services. They were quick and efficient, they also provided a lyft for me to pick up my car. One huge thing was I looked at the invoice and noticed they use Liqui Moly oil. That is huge. They could have used Mobil 1 but they used a more expensive oil and I still paid only $389 before tax for what would been much more expensive at MB and for Mobil1 oil. I will be doing all of my services for the remainder of my lease at this shop"

"My husband and I ecently took my vehicle in for a good amount of work to be done as it had been sitting in storage since before the pandemic. I knew the car definitely needed some electrical work in addition to some other repairs as the check engine light was on, so asked that they check out what codes were triggering it so we could get the car repaired accordingly. The car was there for about a month as they kept finding additional repairs needed (which was reasonable given that there were multiple error codes) and the repairs came out to just shy of $4,300 and included a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty which I was okay with so got all the recommended repairs done. When I got home though, I noticed on the receipt that the $189 diagnostic fee was not credited towards the repairs (we were initially told it would be when we first took it in if we let them do the repairs) but I chalked it up as a possible misunderstanding on my part even though many places do apply diagnostic fees towards the repairs. Two weeks later, I decided to return to Euro Car Care to get a complete brake job which was roughly $1,700. I also asked them to also take a look at my vehicle again as the check engine light re-appeared (I assumed looking into the check engine light would be covered by the warranty from the previous visit since it was well within the warranty period) as well as the air bag light. To my surprise, they charged another $189 diagnostic fee in addition to a third diagnostic fee of $189 for the air bag light (they said it was a different type of diagnostic). In the end, we spent almost $600 in diagnostic fees alone and sadly, the air bag light is still on and we were told that it could not be resolved due to it being a known computer glitch for my vehicle's model year. It really would have made such a huge difference in the overall experience if the initial diagnostic feec was credited, or at least the follow up diagnostic fee not assessed. The third fee for the air bag diagnostic also seemed questionable if the end result given was that it was due to a "known issue" but could have overlooked that since it was separate from the check engine light diagnostic. My husband did try asking about the fees to see if it was an oversight but were told it was not. To be fair, the folks working there were nice and the work seems fine so far (the vehicle has been driven less than 75 miles since the first visit). I would just advise anyone taking their car there to make sure they have a clear understanding of the way the diagnostic fees are charged."

"I highly recommend them!! They have outstanding customer service and are honest, fast and do great work!!! I took my Mercedes C300 on a Monday morning without an appointment and they were able to fit me in the schedule and they performed a very thorough diagnostic and found that the battery needed to be replaced. That same day the battery was ordered and replaced. I will be definitely returning!!"
