"If you can limp it to a shop, or have any other options at all, DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. We lost a set of wheels off of the trailer. These guys roll up in a car & pick up (not a service truck).They used the scissor jack out of the back of the car to jack up the trailer. All they had were hand tools. The driver had to help them make the repair. They could not even buy the parts. I had to pay the store for them with an EFS code. This should have been a simple 1-2 hour fix even with the fused bearing, if someone has the proper tools (like one would expect to be on a service truck). They charged 7 hours of labor at $135 an hour, plus various other charges. The total bill, not including parts, was $1173. AVOID!!!!"

"Dom is a friendly guy and good to work with and a good option if he can fix your truck where it's located. Absolutely DO NOT use New Era Towing or have your truck taken to their yard to be worked on if it has to be towed!! CALL ANY OTHER COMPANY and have it taken anywhere else if it has to be towed!! New Era told us they had a 2-hour minimum and didn't anticipate it would take longer than that. They ended up charging us double, almost $2,000 for a 34-mile tow! Rather than taking time to discuss and explain, they literally told us we were being "shady" because we asked for an explanation of why the charge was significantly higher than the original estimate and wouldn't answer or return calls or texts after that and then tried to demand cash or Zelle for payment! New Era Towing was by far the most disrespectful and worst experience with a tow company I've ever had, and they do not take Comdata or EFS for payment. Dom is good independent guy to work with, but not if he has to use New Era Towing or their yard."
