Please give her a raise, because I can’t even put into words how wonderful her customer service skills are. I felt heard while explaining my problems to her and felt like I could trust her expert opinion. She was able to give me detailed information on my next steps as well as approximate pricing. She made me feel as though she genuinely cared about helping me with my car needs and her top priority was assessing and relaying all possible solutions that would be in my best interest. Most mechanics I called before here cared more about taking my money than really fixing my needs or helping me. This was definitely a much better experience than other nearby places and they’re mobile! What’s not to love."
