"These guys are rediculous. Scheduled an appointment with them for today. They confirmed the fact that I had a garage for them to work in. They sent a text message saying respond in 5 mins or less and then just cancelled the install because i didnt answer in 5 mins. What a rediculous way to do business. Very unreliable to say the least."
"I called in the lady was very polite the repairman was late but got the glass replaced. ON the way home I noticed a air leak so i let it go for a couple days and it just got worse. So I called the and she said they would have the guy come and check it out. SO he comes back and pulls it out and reinstalls the windshield. I head home now with a worse leak. I called back and she said the owner would get with me and it's been a month and I have heard nothing. I would skip this one. Not forsure if they used cheap glass or they are not versed on a ford F350 windshield replacement either way now I have a huge air leak as I drive down the road which I assume will be a water leak as well.. SO if you know a good company that could help me out and fix this it would be great."

"These guys came out to do a rear glass repair on my ford explorer. With the glass being on a latch, I didn't realize the interior light had been on since the glass was broken and the battery died. They waited till I could jump the truck, unfortunately there was damage to the lock it self so they were not able to finish the install. But they tried everything they could to get the latch to release. They were honest with me and told me that a body shop should look at it to make sure the door interior is ok. They were a few minutes late, but they obviously had jobs all morning. So I appreciate how hard they tried to get my window done. Good guys, quick service, good price."
