I was most impressed by the text updates I would receive from my service advisor Scott. I was able to reach out via email, text or phone call whichever was most convenient and would always receive a response. If you are renting from Enterprise they have a shuttle that comes and picks you up to drive over to their store in Grapevine as well. Most importantly, my car looked good as new when they were done with the repair and was spotless. I am completely satisfied with this experience and would highly recommend!"
