"I left my car there to be serviced for a window and a recall. I had to plan days off of work for this because I use my car for work. The day I picked it back up it had rained all day, and my front passenger window was left down. The front passenger seat and carpet under the seat was wet. The only reason the carpet in front of the seat (where your feet land) didn’t get wet was because I had protecting mats but my new car smell was gone and it stunk. Mind you, I’ve been planning to trade my car in and upgrade AND I’m VERY particular about the smell in my car. I’ve never even used an air freshener because it was never needed and I wanted to keep the new car smell as long as possible. I spoke with Christian who asked me to leave my car another day. I agreed too EVEN THOUGH it would be leaving me again without a vehicle for work because I knew I couldn’t let it sit wet. He said they would detail the inside and clean out the carpets. I was notified that my car was ready the next day (a Tuesday) but I couldn’t get a ride up there and time away from work till Thursday. When I picked it up my car still had the same smell and now all my carpets were damp. The inside still had the spray marks from whatever oil they used to detail. They cleaned my protectors and carpets but put the protectors back in wet and on wet carpet without even allowing either to dry. TWO days later and the car is still damp! I’m adding pictures to this post as proof. 1st pictures are of of my wet car that were taken after they “wiped” the wiped the rain water off. Others are of it after it was given back the second time. The back trunk protector was wet and smelled like mold. Reading back past reviews it looks like they have a history of not checking over the work once it’s done where they also said they would make sure it didn’t happen again."

"5 Star Customer Service! I had an emergency situation with my tire as I was traveling home to another state. Joel in service and Chris the service manager were wonderful! Joel explained everything thoroughly and Isaac had my tire repaired quickly. Chris made sure I was comfortable with everything as I was visiting from out of town. I can’t say enough positives about my experience today. Thank you Joel!!"
