"My first experience was not good for Grapevine Ford. After getting through to a manager I was able to have a real conversation and slow the world down. They ultimately stayed in communication with me and helped me work through a litany of maintenance issues with my Ford Expedition. They could not take care of all of my needs, but I understood why and was able to plan appropriately. I am editing my original post and making sure that Grapevine Ford gets recognized for helping make my situation right. I can work with a team that will admit if they've made mistakes and slow down to do a good job. I will happy bring my car back to Grapevine Ford for any future work and if I am ready to purchase a new Ford in the future."

"Had an electrical issue with ‘22 F150. Called service department left message and no call back. Towed in using roadside assistance next day. Received call explained the issue. 2 days later received a text thanking me for servicing my vehicle. Had to call to see if this means my vehicle is ready. Very polite person said yes it is. I asked what was wrong with it and they didn’t know but said they can transfer me to the service advisor. No answer left message. 3 days later still no call back. Vehicle not fixed but at least it is running. First time using the dealership and with the service I received or lack there of, I guess I will drive further to get someone who cares enough to call you back. If you’re looking for zero human interaction but very efficient automated text messages, this is the place for you."

"Daren was by far the sweetest and friendliest person I have worked with! I had taken my car in for a check engine light a couple weeks ago. While there was some confusion with the Lincoln side to pick up my car, once Daren got it he made everything such a great experience! He kept me informed every step of the way, worked with my schedule, and even set up a rental car to be dropped off right to my house! The car came back I swear even better than I bought it! If you need a service done I highly recommend going to Daren!"

"We’ve been trying since February to get our back windshield fixed because this is the second time they have fried off and came off the windshield. Every time we had to cancel because they said they couldn’t get us a rental car even though they had no guarantee when our car would be fixed. Fast forward to September 7 we drop the car off and they mentioned “oh by the way you can get a rental.” So we get a rental. Then on September 19 we get a call saying “come pick up your car we’re waiting on your parts to be shipped”. So I go back up there on Sept 19 and get back my original (not fixed) car. They had it for almost 2 weeks with no repairs. Then, the next day on September 20 we get a call saying “your parts just arrived!”. So now hauling back up there (the NEXT day) to get another rental and drop my car off. By now I’m annoyed because I’ve now had to go up there three times to exchange a car. Finally September 28 we were told our car is ready. I drive up to find out that they have fixed the parts they were supposed to but my wind shield wasn’t replaced so you still see the burn marks from where the windshield was fried. It’s a circus up there and just glad to be done. I’ll have to find a new dealership for the foreseeable future. Although the girl taking care of us was nice, the overall customer service/urgency from the company is a mess. There was multiple times I was hauling around 2 toddlers and 2 car seats in and out and not one person standing around offered to help."

"I was called to pick up my 2021 F-150 Platinum truck after having Ford recall work completed. I picked it up late one evening and the next morning noticed my driver side windshield wiper and two pieces of console molding in the back seat. The molding around the wiper arm was also not reassembled. I had to reassemble all of the parts myself. Very poor project completion especially Grapevine Ford kept my truck for about 1 month."
