"Had an engine light on my 2016 Canyon..stopped by O’Reilly’s and they read the codes, confirmed the problem was ok to drive with and printed out the parts needed to repair. Once I got the replacement part it took me about 15 min to make the change and now the light is out!"

"I had what I thought was a car battery issue 2 days ago. I called the Grapevine store and spoke with Brandon. He was very helpful; he told me to bring the car down and that he’d test it for me. I went to the store and upon arrival Brandon greeted me, he was so very friendly and personable! We went out to my car and he tested my battery; he confirmed that the battery was low and needed replacing; we went back inside the stor and he checked the system and found out ithat the battery was covered under warranty! Brandon performed the warranty exchange and on we went out into the dark and he took out my old battery and put the new one in with a smile! What great service! People like Brandon are a difference-maker when it comes to service! He went above and beyond! And I’m a big believer of providing feedback when it’s due! Well done Brandon!
