"The car we got fixed looks amazing! We really appreciate the hard work. We wish the administration/communication would have been better. It was really confusing to know when we would get our car back. We would call and get the response that it would be ready the following day, and then radio silence for a few days. This happened 3 times. It’s hard to plan when the time frame given wasn’t accurate. I totally understand shipments not coming in when expected, we just would have liked to have an accurate line of communication of what is actually going on. Again, the car looks great, just wish the communication was better."
