"Customer service was lacking. After we told the staff what size we needed the trainer proceeded to measure my friend's foot to train the new employee. Measurement was 1.5 sizes smaller because my friend has a hammer toe that is very painful and requires a larger shoe. The two Sales women proceeded to bring 5 shoes in the styles we asked in sizes too small, ignoring completely that they had been asked to retrieve the larger sizes. They were just lacking common retail courtesy, respect and were very blunt in all responses. We did not stay to try on any more shoes or endure the lack of respect."
