"Great service. We just purchased our Shasta Phoenix 367BH. We came from out of town so the transaction started over the phone. From start to finish, the service was great. When we arrived, I signed all of the paperwork and was taken to service for a walk through and inspection. In days prior, I had asked for a special pin box to be installed for an additional cost and they had no problem doing that for me. The 5th wheel works like it is supposed to and the folks at Outback RV made sure that purchase was as seamless as possible. I would definitely do business with them again in the future."
