"Arrived before 5:00pm and have waited for about an hour to get a car inspection. Guys just looked at us and ignored to even ask what we needed for the longest. They were too busy talking to other customers after finishing up their oil change."

"I arrived late in the day, but the lady said they would fit me in. I waited about an hour, and then she came back and said they couldn't do my state inspection cause they had to turn the machine off at a certain time and she said some one came after me but she had an appointment they didn't know about or claimed to have an "appointment" so they took care of her first. It was obvious that one of them could have told me a lot sooner and wasted less of my time. I've been coming back here because they have treated me really well in the past, but now I may have to find a different place to get my car serviced."
"I rolled in at 6:20pm and needed an oil change and inspection. The technicians at the Alsbury store greeted me, guided me in and had me out by closing time and did not skimp in service. This is after I stopped at the Wilshire store but their inspection tech had to leave early so they recommended the Alsbury store. I was willing to just get the oil changed but they said there was a discount to do both. Great customer relations at both stores."
"Got a synthetic oil change for my 16 yukon here. The next morning my motor blew up on the interstate. $10,000 in damage to my car which ran like a top and had ZERO issues before this moment. Took to a mechanic and they said the oil was bad and for sure was what caused my motor to lock up. Manager at Take 5 said the same thing happened to a Volkswagon there recently and Take 5 was found liable. Waiting to hear if they will honor their mistake and put in a replacement motor. I've read horror stories since, google "Take 5 reddit" or "Take 5 engine problem" and your feed will explode with complaints of engine damage and cheap or recycled oil."
