"Last Monday I called AAI to ask if they could order and install two window regulators in my '03 Miata. Matt ordered the parts and we agreed I would drop the car off this morning at 8 am. Two hours later, Matt called me to let me know the car was "buttoned up and ready to go" and did not need new regulators. They simply cleaned things up a bit and made a few adjustments to the old regs. Matt, thanks for your honesty and professionalism. I'll be back with the other two cars very soon. Came back today with the Lexus and Tacoma for an oil change. We were in and out very quickly and at a reasonable rate. Thanks Matt"
