"I took my bike into them. They supposedly did their troubleshooting... Told me it was going to be this much to fix. I said go ahead. I paid them a little bit of money. Then they come back and tell me. Well this is the problem. I went up there one day to check on my bike and the owner smelt like he had been drinking all night. Then I get another phone call saying it needs a whole new wiring harness and it's going to cost me another 1500 to 2000 to fix my bike. I have left my bike up there and they and talked with the BBB and they are about to start investing them"

"I had a positive experience with Patrick Kush poor guy had a heart attack wile working on my Vulcan in less than a week later he was back on it getting it running again didn’t charge me for the extra work and the guy gave me a climber manual for my bike so I really got no prob with him I got all my old parts back sure he could take some customer sensitivity class for you guys who need to be pampered but I’m not looking to get Coddled by my bike mechanic Get well soon bro."

"I've never had a business hang up on me before this place. I've been troubleshooting electrical problems about a long s I've been walking, but I'd rather pay a shop to do it. When Patrick told me I needed a part, but couldn't tell me what tests he did to make sure that the party was definitely faulty, I insisted that he explain why testing the part was pointless. That's when he told me that my bike was available to be picked up any time, and hung up the phone. On the other hand, when I took the bike back to him because the things I previously paid for weren't done, he did get those things fixed up, so two stars instead of one."
