"I have a RAV4 and the AC was blowing hot air. I called early this morning and I didn’t know if they could fit me in. Spoke with the nicest lady on the phone and she didn’t know if they would be able to fit me in for a evaluation and quote for the repairs. She said bring the car in and she would see, otherwise they would have to keep the car over the weekend as they are closed on Saturday. I brought the car in and they said they would call when they were able to look at it. They called at 2:00 and said that I could come get the car as it was fixed! Seems that there was a small leak and they put some Dye in the Freon system to see where it was leaking. Awesome service there!!! The car is 7 years old and never has had any problems at all. Car is cooling perfectly fine now and if I need to take it back to fix the leak if it needs it I’ll certainly take it back to Ray’s Service!!! Certainly nice to see people that treat you like they would want to be treated!!! This place is always packed with cars, now I know why!!!"
