"Worst customer service ever. I bought an instrument cluster that turns out was defective, speedometer didn’t work. Oreillys got me another one under warranty and it turns out it was off one digit on the part number. It doesn’t work, try to return it and they claim it’s a different part number and they can’t refund or exchange it. 450.00 wasted. I’ve been an oreillys patron for years but I’m done with them. I was able to get the exact cluster on eBay cheaper and programmed. Problem fixed. I spent 6 weeks trying to get this truck done for my son’s 16th birthday, I didn’t make it due to this faulty cluster and lack of customer service. I know oreillys doesn’t care or the staff, but pay attention if you buy specialty components."
