"At first through purchasing, and financing was painless and easy. The not so good part: I was supposed to get my stuff installed on a day during the week. I took that day off from work and went to get everything installed. When I got there I found out the parts weren’t there, and hadn’t been shipped yet(thanks fed-ex). I was told it would be a few more days and to come back on that Saturday. Little frustrated, I understood the shipping stuff so I let it go. Fast forward to the Friday before install day Saturday, I call before I go this time and my parts were there but was now being told couldn’t get it done because there was nobody at the shop to do the install. Gotta admitt I was not happy! The good part: As I’m at my house stewing in my frustration, the owner calls me and expresses that she is very sorry and would be glad to help(on that Saturday). I agreed, however I would have to take my truck to their big shop about 30 min away, That didn’t bother me, I just wanted my truck done. I had planned to sit in the waiting room for the install. When I got there Saturday morning I the owner(wife) offered to give me a ride back to my house because it was going to be a while on the installs. She most definitely didn’t have to do that as my son was going be picking me up. She insisted and I’m not one to argue with a lady. The better than good: The install did take longer than expected. Due to the fact they(owners) are very particular about quality. The installs turned out great. Very high quality work. The end product and the way I was treated because of the not so good will make the not so good times forgetful. And I will absolutely take my business back to them."
