"I took my boat to Ken after another repair company told me I needed to rebuild my engine Ken diagnosed it as just bad gas so that was a good thing but I asked him to replace the impeller while he had it and after I got it back it was grinding going into forward and reverse Ken told me he did nothing to it it’s not his problem. I took it to another Boat Mechanic and it turned out it was adjustment on the shifting cable now the boat runs fine. As it turned out when Ken took the cowling off he changed the adjustment of the shifting cables I was standing there and saw him do it and then he went silent on me trying to get it fixed, he never answers his phone while he has your boat, he doesn’t return text for two or three days I was hoping this guy would’ve been my new mechanic but I won’t take it back to him. Very disappointed in Customer."
