"I dropped my son’s car off at Wicked Wrenches based on a recommendation from a good friend and neighbor and I’m so glad I did. I will get all my cars serviced here from now on. Their customer service is second to none. Everyone that works there, the receptionist and mechanics, were honest and friendly. There was no wait time, and I didn’t have to schedule an appointment. I called them and let them know what was going on and they said bring it by in the morning. They had the car diagnosed and fixed in one day and the next morning it was ready for us. John and Mike (the owners/mechanics) brought out the box of parts they had replaced and went through them one by one and explained (with photos on their phone), the whole process of the work they performed to my son and me. We are not knowledgeable about cars in the slightest, but they broke it down for us to make sure we understood what the problems were and how they fixed them. I’m a customer for life and won’t go anywhere else!"

"My 2016 F250 6.2 L was loosing horsepower as it has 182,000 miles. I had Mike and John replace the spark plugs, all 16 of them. They also noticed that it was in need of an oil change. After Mike and John completed the work the horsepower was increased to full capacity as well as my fuel economy. Mike and John do quality work and are very professional. I highly recommend them them for all of your automotive needs."
