"I came to Craftasters on July 26, 2023 at the recommendation of my Nephew. We had a cracked split in our windshield but I was really hoping for a much better outcome. The guy at the Front Desk could have shown my husband and I a little bit of a personality. When someone walks into your place of business at least make your customers feel welcome and greet them with a smile instead of a stoned face. Not even a thank you for using the service. We actually felt like we were an inconvenience to Him and im not happy with the outcome at all. I wish I had never come in at all and saved my hard earned money. We won't be back. Worse customer service ever. I was told that the split in my windshield may still be visible but I had high hopes that it would be much better than it was. It looks as if nothing was even done. Very dissatisfied customer, I feel as if I just took $95.00 and threw it right in the trash."
