"I don’t usually leave reviews but I am so happy with the results! My car was in an accident where I was rear ended and shoved into another vehicle. My car had more extensive damage than expected, so I expected them to take a very very long time. They did an absolutely flawless job in a timely manner. My only additional comment is that the text message updates are great in theory, but not in action. I am a very busy person with a hectic schedule and my car was supposed to be ready on my only day off & I found out that it was not ready that day by calling first. I think you need to keep tabs on them for updates instead of relying on the text updates. Despite this, everyone I interacted with was helpful, especially Hector."

For months, I waited to get a quote to have it repaired because I knew it would be expensive. Like most people, I work so hard for my money and don't have a lot of extra cash for such expected and infuriating things. Finally, I went to CARSTAR Collision to get a quote. Sarah was wonderful--professional, efficient, and friendly. I waited for a couple of weeks to take it in due to my schedule.
