"I am giving 2 stars because at the beginning it was fine with my oil change. I was very disappointed with the service given to fix my InfinityQx56 AC. About $300 for diagnostic, and I was told only needed freon. I went on a road trip and ac stopped working because it head a leak. When I returned I took it back and it was inspected again just to tell me it was the condenser. I said to go ahead and fix it as long as it was fixed correctly, I ended up paying $1,200. After a week I noticed that it would only cooled when running but not in idle. I also noticed that not enough air was blowing from side vents. Took back again and I was charged $800 for air fan. Total of $2,300.00 and only works if the car is running but not in idle."

"I’ve gone several times for oil changed and always had excellent customer service. Can’t remember the young man’s name who would always help but it was the one w/short hair and the guy who looks like Blake Anderson. They explained everything they did and confirmed it was okay to do. They vacuumed the car and cleaned under the hood. Last two times nothing Just got a “you’ve been here before?” And then in less than 20 minutes car was ready. I waited to be informed of prices and what was needed but nothing. I appreciated the customer service which is why I paid a little more and kept returning but after these last two experiences being the same I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Went in around 12:07pm for an oil change and an inspection. No other customers other than me. Waited an hour and a half. Customers would come in, get assisted, pay, and leave. Finally, I got fed up when I heard the front desk say to a customer that arrived after me, “total for an oil change and inspection is…” the exact same thing I had come in to get taken care of prior to everyone else’s arrival. I asked how much longer it would take and they said they would check. They didn’t give me any updates. I see them get in my car again to service whatever they forgot, and then asked for a discount, if possible, for servicing other customers before me, even though I was here first. They said they’d check. Didn’t get an update until they said my car was ready. Total price was unchanged. I asked if they applied a discount and they said no. My advice is to keep an eye on your car because you can’t leave it up to them to update you even though that is the standard expectation. I didn’t end up leaving until 1:44pm when it should’ve only taken half that time."

"First one here on a Saturday for a car inspection. In, car inspected, paid, and back in my vehicle in under 8 minutes. Very friendly and efficient."
