"Had an issue with my Corolla and took it in the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I did not expect to get my car back till maybe Wednesday or Thursday the next week just because of the holiday. Called me in the morning next day and told me the work that needed to be done and price and that the car would be finished at 6pm that day! The cost of the total repair was fair and I really appreciate the hustle he showed getting me, and all his other customers, fixed before the holiday. I'm really happy with the work and will use him again!"

"This guy is a Liar and a thief. Plus he cannot do math. He simply "Forgot" to do requested work on my car and after I paid him almost $5k I go to pick my Corvette up from him and the hand written bill did not add up to the amount I paid. He did not save the old parts he supposedly relpaced which was agreed upon in our initial conversation. He also provided NO information about the parts he put on the car. Yes I requested all manufacturese spec sheets for the transmission work, wheel hubs etc etc and he just forgot. So now I have a Corvette and have no Clue what parts are in it, have over paid the invoice and he refuses to refund the difference. I also paid $150 to have the car detailed which apparently does not include bug removal or dash cleaning. When I asked about haveing it corrected I was told to go to the detail place and just ask them to clean it again. I paid elite and not the detail shop and they could not give me a reciept for the cleaning. No detailed breakdown of labor charges. Billed $3710.84 for labor but cannot tell me how many hours labor he spent on the car. Corvette specialty shops charge $100 an hour labor so if he is charging this specialty hourly rate it breaks down to over 37 hours working on my car. After having three speciality shops evaluate the reciept and the work, all shops said the transmission work is good but the labor charge is double what any shop would bill for the work. In my opinion Arnulfo Valdez Jr is a liar and a cheat. He "Forgets" to do work but doesnt forgwt to charge you for it. I have filed with the BBB and Credit card company for Fraud"
