"Horrible service in their mechanic shop! Just spent almost $900 to basically replace a simple a/c hose and the part that they charged $160 to go get in Odessa (conveniently didn't warn us about that insane fee ahead of time) didn't fix the problem. DO yourself a favor and find another repair shop. This is the second time they have charged us an outrageous fee and it will definitely be the last! Our driver had to spend the night in a motel just to be lied to about being first in the repair shop the next morning, and instead they didn't even get it in the shop until after lunch. Then to add insult to injury they didn't get the right parts and he had to return back to their shop the next day to try to finish the repair only to have it rigged up and not properly fixed. Like I said, unless you're desperate, I'd definitely find another shop. Good luck if you do use them. Smh."
