"Pulled off I-20 with a flat tire and rolled into Mid-Tex's parking lot. Mike came out and immediately offered to help us switch it out for our spare. Brought out his jack and did all the work, refusing payment and accepting only our thanks. He made what could've been a major issue simply a minor inconvenience. And he took most of the inconvenience on his own shoulders! Very impressed with him and it speaks highly of the shop. If we're ever back through this way we will search them out if we have any needs."
