"Five stars and shout out to the crew at Big Springs Walmart Auto Center! Mike, Jose, Matt, and Nathaniel helped me so much when I had a blow out on the 20 hwy on a Sunday. This was the only shop open nearby (100 miles), and the team got my tire changed and on my way quick and smooth. Got home safely and grateful for this team of great folks."
"After having such a terrible experience at the Odessa location I was driving back home and I saw I had enough time be for they closed the automotive center in big spring so I stopped by as much as I hater to walk in the last minute but I needed to get my oil change done. It’s like night and day with the staff super friendly I apologized for coming in so late the guys where súper understanding and put me at ease. They got my information check their inventory just to make sure they had the oil and guess what they did not have in in bulk but they had it on the shelf and got right on it I really appreciate the guys at big spring they are doing their very best and it shows. I will never return to the location in Odessa ever again."
