"My battery died while spending a night in Big Spring, and the next morning was Labor Day, but thankfully O'Reilly Auto Parts was open. I had tried going to AutoZone, but they were lazy and wouldn't help me. O'Reilly came to the rescue and I was able to purchase a battery there and Garrett installed it for me, despite being difficult and taking quite some time. Garrett is AWESOME and went above and beyond the call of duty for O'Reilly and really helped me and the misses out of a jam. Because of him, we were able to safely get back home to El Paso that day and he relieved the anxiety that hit Sunday night when the battery died and we had no idea how we were going to resolve it. Thank you so much to O'Reilly Big Spring and ESPECIALLY Garrett who is wonderful!"
