"Got me in and out in the same day and 3 days early. I give them 5 stars for that. Previously I had my truck in there to get recalls done. Other things needed to be done in order to stop some shaking in my front wheels. First they said it was wheels hubs, that didn't fix the problem. Second attempt was brakes. Didn't fix the problem either. Then they said it needed wheel balance, which I said no to. The reason I turned it down at this time was because nothing seemed to fix the problem Previously. I was also charged over $4000 for all the work done and my truck was under warranty and should've been covered. I had to ask for reimbursement of the hubs but never once did they reimburse me for the parts I paid for that was already covered by my warranty. This last time I went in I had them balance and rotate the tires and the shaking is still there. All of the work they did to the truck and it still has the same problem. (Besides the recalls) I feel that these people a reimbursement for all parts paid out of pocket that didn't fix the problem and the labor as well. Nathan and the tech was great the last time I was there on 2 different recalls only. I give the 5 stars. Previous visit. Maria in parts department is awesome as well. 5 stars also."
