"I went to this establishment for an inspection for my car. There was one lady being serviced at the time. I was never acknowledged and couldn't even find a technician. 20 minutes later a kid came out took my insurance card and threw on a desk then pulled three other vehicles to the bay that came in after me and disappeared. I had to search for them and found them all in an office soaking up the AC while their customers suffered. I insisted on my insurance back because they expected me to wait behind these three people. Horrible customer service. I went to Valvoline on 4th and these kids met me in the parking lot as I pulled in. Take notes madrano, Valvoline knows customer service."
