"Went in to buy some shoes on 1/2 around 4:00 and all 3 associates were in a group cussing out loud carrying on very unprofessional saying N this an N that about ballgames. Very disrespectful especially when there were young children in the store. I tried to get their attention for help, but got more of a dirty stare as if I was bothering them during their group session.. Will never go back there again. Terrible customer experience. Stay away from this store unless you want to be ignored and subjected to the “N” word over and over. Ridiculous!"

"I would give it 0 stars if possible.. Had a shirt shipped from this store with a security tag still attached, spoke to customer service they shipped out another shirt from this same location with a security tag on it also .It's ridiculously inconvenient that a tag was not taken off prior to being shipped to a customer . Now I have to go out of my way to look for a Champs store that will take the tag off ,because Footlocker has different tags and they aren't able to do it. Awful experience"
"Today I went shopping at that store and very bad attention from a woman who works there. Her classmates asked her for help for me and she said no. I don't like it if I treat people like them who shouldn't work with the public. The boys are very attentive."
