Take 5 Oil Change

"Drove into the bay with no one in front or behind me for an oil change at 9:45 am and drove out at 10:45 am. Anthony there took care of the paper and service work. Another gentleman was present but didn’t lend a hand to help. Highly disappointed and I will not be returning."

"The service was fine but they only had one Diesal oil(Rotella)nothing wrong with with Rotella but I run Delo and I’d like to have the choice of oil.. and they said they was no long a load to check rearendn or the front gearbox.. But the price has done nothing but go up?? Guess I’m just saying if we’re gonna get less it should reflect that on my ticket"

"Pull up, one vehicle in a bay. Another truck was in the second oil change bay, with the bay blocked off by a cone. We were told that it would be 5-10 minutes until we were brought in. No big deal. 35 minutes later, we were finally pulled in. But not before the other bay was finally opened and someone who had just arrived, got pulled in. At that point, I told them I ONLY wanted an oil change. Was asked about my air filter, I instructed them to leave everything alone, it was changed out a few weeks ago. This guy was very slow and not very efficient with time. Next thing I know, the air filter was pulled out to verify. That ticked me off. How hard is it to ONLY check the oil?!! At that point, the man asks for the car info. Then starts talking pricing. I told them I wanted full synthetic Castro. I was then told that the ONLY brand they now carry is Dura-Max. On top of that, a basic car oil change for full synthetic is roughly $110!! Are you out of your minds??? Synthetic blend was $55, half the price. We are a synthetic only family, keep your blend. What bothers me a bit is the difference in price had you of bought this oil at a store. Blend to full would mayyyyyyybe be about $2/quart difference. I normally do all of my own work, but we were on a time crunch on a last minute trip. I skipped the oil change and drove away asap. We will not be back, and I don’t recommend this place. Add them to the list of oil-territory money grubs!"
