"The assistant general manager ( I did not catch his name but brunette gentleman with a beard) was fabulous. He is the epitome of service oriented. My pickup was still a bit dirty after going through the wash (not the carwash fault, my pickup was very dusty) and he personally scrubbed it to ensure it was clean. He went over and above what he needed to do. Many thanks to him!"
"Usually a pretty good place to get a quick wash with a friendly face. An attentive employees. Not the case today about 5:45pm. The person at the booth came wandering out of the office an never said a word or a wave or anything as I used the kiosk. Then the kid waving in cars was piddling in the office came out barely got me in pointed to the broken screen an walked back in the office. It was my understanding that they normally stay out there while the car is in the wash. What happens if I have an emergency or something breaks? Not the normal attentive an professional service I'm used to. I suppose while I'm at it why does the person in the little hut get a chair an the person waving in cars have to stand all day? Seems ridiculous."
