"I miss the days of good parts guys. I went in there looking for a part. Like some applications there is more than one fitment and it requires extra info, example a vin. In this case the parts guy knows too much and would not enter my vin for the correct part. He said I know what I’m doing, it won’t help. Well the screen says it could look up by a vin! He wouldn’t take the time to enter the vin to see if it helped, it likely could have given the correct part but no, he knows to much for that. I usually don’t do business with Autozone and this proved why I shouldn’t. Waste of my time even trying."

"Great people work here! One day my alternator decided to stop working, and my battery was no longer charging. My car went into battery saver mode and I drove up to autozone in Canyon where they replaced the battery and alternator for me. They don’t know what a blessing that was for me. Had they not done that, I would not have been able to pick my kids back up from school. Highly recommend them!"

"I dont recommend coming to autozone, we came here for a part that we needed for our vehicle and the person that was working there didn't even bother looking for the part we needed he automatically said we don't have that here and that we would needed to order it online. He just went off his own thoughts without even checking. I recommend going to O'Reilly's we got better service there they looked for the light bulb we needed and the man working there at O'Reilly's even put the part for us."

"A HUGE shout out to Andrew for taking the time to help me change the bulb on my Honda at closing time! The engine was still hot, the bulb was in a stupid place, but he took the time to help! Amazing service! This is not the first time the staff has helped me with stuff like this. These guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! Very happy!!! Edit: Yes I will certainly be back soon, still need a few more replacements pieces, and this is where I will be buying them. Love your staff!"
