"alignment and two front tires on fleet vehicle. one tire wearing very poorly after 5k miles. brought in to discuss. asked owner about making good and was told no. poor documentation on invoice. no vin/make/model/license plate number. no mention of alignment on invoice but he said it was done. he told me to take my business (100 trucks) elsewhere. not too bright by my estimation....."
