"The guy failed my truck because the tint was just over a hair past the line. TNT, this was installed by a human. The bad thing is that once they fail the truck, you have to get it fixed. No one else will pass it because it pulls up on a data base. I understand rules are rules, but to be .5mm over and fail it?!"

"I've never been to a car wash that didn't dry your vehicle. Usually car washes have the big, powerful fans at the end or someone that hand dries when you exit. This car wash has neither AND makes you pay to dry your own car. $2 per towel, after already paying $20 for a car wash is ridiculous. After paying that much to wash and dry my car, I got to the "free" vacuums and they were clogged up with little to no suction. Super disappointed in this car wash. Go to Quick Quack instead. It's cheaper, they dry your car for you, the vacuums are kept in good condition, and they provide towels to paying customers without an extra charge if you like to detail our car out with one."

"I hate that the car wash, convenience store and oil change are all grouped together. I’ve never had car wash or convenience store issues. My issue is I got my son’s oil changed right before leaving for Thanksgiving at the Hunsley location. When we returned there was oil puddled in my garage. I then took his truck back in and explained the issue. The guys looked it over and said all was fine. We brought his truck back when oil then puddled on our driveway again. Yesterday I returned and was again told nothing was wrong on their end but it looked like there was a leak. I took the truck to our mechanic where I found out it was a sloppy job, the oil filter wasn’t on good and oil was everywhere and overfilled. $110 later at our mechanic (on top of my time to and from and cleaning all the oil spots on the driveway and previous oil change) my truck was “fixed” when it was the oil change that created the whole issue. This wasn’t our first issue with on one of trucks having a problem either. I’m afraid we will be frequenting somewhere else with our cars. Very frustrating."

"I don’t like leaving negative reviews. However, the drying portion of this car wash rarely does a good job or drying my truck. I’m also about 90% sure the automatic brushes damaged the paint on my truck. Y’all need to have your wash recalibrated or fixed. BUT three stars because the employees are always professional and courteous."

"Always fast, friendly service. Good car wash at a reasonable price, especially if you do the monthly package. I get the lowest monthly package and every 5 or 6 washes I'll get one of the better washes with clear coat and tire shine. You get a discount off of the better wash for paying monthly. And I always appreciate the complimentary dash wipe."
