"Absolutely amazing customer service. When my girlfriend's vehicle was smashed by an aggressive driver while we were traveling through Dalhart, and 5+ hours from home, Josh went above and beyond to help us out. Despite being closed, he met us at the shop on a Sunday of a holiday weekend to receive the vehicle and key, then took us, my dog, and all of our gear to a local hotel. He's been extremely communicative and responsive throughout the entire process as we deal with insurance and figure out next steps. I will update my review once everything is completed, but so far I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, customer service, and assistance that has been provided to us through what was a traumatic and difficult experience."
