"I'm an OTR truck driver and had a blowout a 1/2 from the Loves in Dalhart Tx.. Did I mention the Loves DOESN'T have a truck care center. I called Heiser Tire service after hours because it Is Saturday Febuary 24, 2014 .Mr Moses allowed me to come to their shop a 1/2 mile down the road from Loves and got me taken care of. Shout out to MR MOSES the after hour TECHNICIAN. I WILL BE RETURNING HERE FOR ANY ISSUES I MAY HAVE IN THIS AREA."

"Saved my day! In the middle of road trip with my eldest daughter; came out of the hotel to find a completely flat tire. Called AAA, only to have no response after 2 hours. My daughter had jacked up the vehicle and it fell. I called HEISER TIRE SERVICE for local service. In less than 10 minutes the service technician drove up. His truck was well equipped and Horacio was very efficient. Highly recommend this local family owned business."

"I have never left a poor review but I feel like this is warranted for others safety. stopped in with a tire I had noticed going had a leak while getting diesel a few stores down. I had my trailer loaded with four horses. Also had two little boys with me, and we had driven about 80 miles on a hot day. Greeting was less than friendly, hand motioned to drive around the back. I drive around the back, but when I did there was no one there to direct me where the would like me. Finally a gentleman comes out, and hand motions for me to move to another spot. There is a puncture wound in the tire, and they change it. I pay them, and we are on our way in around 30 minutes. Around 5 miles out of town, the tire blows. I call to let them know, and the gentlemen I speak with tells me the tire was hot, his technician let him know, as in implying I drove on it too long. He explained they wondered if it was damaged inside, however no one asked me if I would feel better with a new tire or let me know that information. Said gentleman also did not offer to come and help, or apologize that tire they just "fixed" didn't last 5 mins down the road. If you are a lady traveling by yourself, I would recommend another place for your safety, your childrens, and for your expensive livestock you're carrying on tires they "fix"."
