"This review is long but most certainly worth the read. The reason my dissertation has taken so long is because I found it necessary to go into full detail about my experience with Joe Don. Joe Don was an outstanding person who I had the pleasure of meeting after an unfortunate event on Friday Nov 24. My sister and I became stranded 12 miles from Dalhart, Tx after the alternator went out . Joe Don was an outstanding person by helping me get back on the road to Denver, Co by working on the alternator that night and having us on the road after 1 hour. We were stranded on the road for 3 hours since triple AAA because they were struggling to get someone to tow us back to Dalhart. My sister and I had spent those hours trying to find a mechanic that would be open on the weekend, and unfortunately because of the location and it being a holiday weekend there was no way we would have found anyone to work on our car that weekend and subsequently I would have had to stay in town until Monday or even later in the week. Joe Don was so nice by making great conversation and making us feel safe and welcomed in his garage. I deeply appreciate what Joe Don does not only for his community but also for strangers and as a daughter of a former semi driver I deeply respect and appreciate everyone in the trucking community. We will always remember him and his amazing family and the kindness they showed us that day, we wish nothing but blessings for him and his loved ones."
"Our motorhome developed an oil leak in Dalhart,Texas. We very fortunate to find Bailey Transport that does motor and other repairs. Joe Don and Ben were fast, efficient and went far above the standard. We were up and running in 2 days. Joe Don phoned us after we were on the road travelling to check how things were going. Now that is real service. Thanks again to them both."
