"Clean & nice store but employees made me feel very uncomfortable. Constantly following my husband & I around and it was obvious they weren’t just being attentive. Acted like we were stealing the entire time we were in the store. Eyes on us everywhere we went and they would ask “Are you okay, Can I take that?” every two minutes, plus had security walk past over 8 times. Bought multiple cute items but wouldn’t return due to environment."
"Got the belt as a gift and it still had the tags but could not exchange item for bigger size without the receipt. Not really helpful to customers especially during holiday season. Never known a store that wouldn’t give you at least store credit when receipt is missing. Has lost my business…"
"Happened to see on Instagram they had a rare pair of Anderson bean boots made especially for them. With no website and myself being in Illinois, they were extremely kind in taking an order over the phone and mailing them out to me. Super friendly!"
"If you ever buy anything from them that's on sale, you better make sure you need it or it fits or whatever... They will not take it back. Forgot I had already bought something for my son and ended up buying it again and they wouldn't give my money back. And they always seem to be higher on everything, anyway. Response to owner- It was the Midland Mall store."
