"Staff ignored my son and I while they were just on their phones. Had their friends on speaker, so customers can hear all the ridiculous and rude comments made over the phone. Environment is very ghetto. Will not return. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a shoe store. Would have been better off dealing with the crowds at the mall. Hated every moment inside that store. Staff looks like adults but behave like teenagers."
"The service was horrid I thought the employees were patrons I was unable to get the shoes I wanted the female salesmen offered to help but the male employee barked at her saying he went into the back to look but he came out with someone else’s shoes again not understanding who the employee was or the customer and I really liked the store but won’t be back"
