"To Dave or David(Older Gentleman with the crucifix earring), I'm unsure which it was that was your name: My name is Wesley and I asked another employee to thank you on my behalf, I even tried to call the store once I got home; at least do it over the phone. Thank you for the kindness you showed me while I was in the store and what you did for me. I would have thanked you myself in person, but I didn't want to cry in the store. I will pay forward the kindness you afforded me, I promise. Blessed be your path."

"The computer cancelled my order immediately. I called, the rep said they had to verify my information. The reason why was crazy. To beat it all, the money was taken out of my account, even though orderbdid not even get processed. Now I'm told I would have to re-order it and that I wouldn't get my money back for 7 to 10 business days. Will never use this company again !!!"

"I'm here at Macy's my experience at this i location in the Juniors department is horrible!! drive 2hrs to make a Winter coat Purchase At Fayette Mall Macy's. Customer Service like this is why Macy's continue to go out of business. The store manager Doris wanted me to purchase a dirty Winter coat. Yes all Coats up stairs is hanging on the floor, picking up nasty Germs from the floor. Ask for a discount off 20% stated only can give 10% off for dirty clothes. Ok ask can you Express a new coat off Macy's to my home for free needed by Friday. No only for Macy's card holders. So this how None Macy card holder treated. Like dirt! Yes I took pictures of the floor. Management is to dam lazy to pick up clothes off the floor . pleas raise up the fixtures off the floor!!"

"My friend and I love Macy's ! We went there on her birthday and got her a complimentary makeover for her special day, the staff member that we had was super nice and she was very professional. My friend enjoyed her makeover and time there we will be back soon!"

"I jokingly refer to Macy’s as “the mothership,” but since I was a freshman in college it has been a staple in my shopping excursions. The deals can’t be beat, and I’m a slave to Last Act (any department), especially at the end of a season. Back Stage hasn’t been my most favorite, but for home goods and men’s casual apparel it’s worth a browse whenever I go in. I’m such an evangelist that I had my husband apply for a card and get his wedding suit there last year! I only have two ongoing qualms: the near-constant moving of departments, and the lacking cleanliness - both of which I can mentally set aside. Earlier this week I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon a new Kentucky section on the second floor, and just a few aisles away, a Toys R Us installation! I’ll give it to them, Macy’s is trying to innovate and stay afloat, and I’m here to help. Shoutout to Darrell on the third floor in home/bedding - he helped me several times while pregnant and knows that floor inside out! I also want to thank customer service on the first floor for extending me a courtesy gift certificate ($25) after I bought a dress for a wedding last week, and the day of I went to put it on, and found a security tag on the sleeve - an hour and a half before the wedding! That was a nice gesture."
